With this encouragement to "remember," may we recall a time when we experienced life with awe and wonder. 

Intention and gratitude for those moments can lead us to memories. 

For me they are stretches of summer time at the New Jersey shore at my Aunt Mary's house in Point Pleasant and spurts of intense joy at seeing a favorite thing, such as sunlight dancing on rippling water and a sky colored like an Easter egg when the sun is setting.  

It can be helpful and healthy to linger for a moment in the love of such times and to welcome more of them now.
