"Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”
- Martin Luther King, Jr.
May we someday soon be free of misguided and limiting judgments about ourselves and others.
It's time for every one of us to be allowed and encouraged to be our best beautiful and honest self, to shine with courage and confidence, and to make a difference in the world.
We're meant to respect and love one another.
No matter how far from
this ideal it may appear we are at times, love is present within us and nearby. Grace is too. And miracles are always possible.
With love, courage, and joy, may we each do our best to be our best.
And, as Martin Luther King, Jr. imagined and prayed: "May we speed
up to the day when all of God's children will be able to join hands and sing ‘Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”
Amen,
Charlene
