There is a great deal inside you and me and every one of us that is greater than any obstacle. 
 

Fairly often we see a news story or a film about the enormous strength that flows to and through a mother when she needs to protect her child. This happens for fathers, too.

This scenario brings to mind a favorite quote of mine. To paraphrase: There is strength far beyond the strength you and I know. It is the Source of Strength giving strength to our strength.

I believe that all of our gifts are nurtured and empowered by the Source of All Gifts. 

Another favorite touchstone - one about love - comes to mind now. I've shared this one too at numerous times since I started these touchstones in 2012. 

“Someday, after mastering the winds, the waves, the tides and gravity, we shall harness for God the energies of love, and then, for a second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire,” said Pierre Teilhard De Chardin.

Wow. Imagine the power of that. 

Someday. 

I would like to see and experience what love so transformed would look like and feel like for us.    

With a vision of what beautiful love may exist someday, may we act now, in these troubled times, with faith and hope, and with courage and compassion, toward bringing your dreams into the world. 

And, let's uplift and encourage one another!
