Beware of hate taking up residence in your heart.

Hate does not have literal teeth but it does hunger for growth. It's like a cancer that grows and spreads. Unchecked, it can metastasize, affecting the health, happiness, and well-being of other people, 

Let's keep love and compassion in our hearts and protect our lives - and others - from the dis-ease of hate.
