Hi there Friends,
I want to share something light, bright, joyful, and hopeful today.
It's a collage that features a few of the many wonderful
watercolor paintings that artist Mary Lou Peters painted while staying on Sanibel, teaching and savoring the beauty and the spirit of the island.
You may recall that Sanibel was devastated by the winds and storm
surge of Hurricane Ian in September 2022.
One year later, nature's determination to survive and thrive is very evident. It's taking a bit longer for the many damaged made-made structures to be repaired. But it is
happening. We are a part of nature and within our human nature, there is enormous strength.
I encourage you to tap into your strength whenever you need it. Its source is unlimited so know that you can dive as deep as you need to without coming to blockages.
If rest and renewal are needed now, you can experience a taste of the Sanibel spirit by reading THE TWELVE GIFTS FROM THE GARDEN: Life Lessons for Peace and Well-Being.
It was inspired on Sanibel and I wrote much of the book there. Mary Lou
Peters provided the lovely line art in it.
You can also easily "visit Sanibel virtually" by exploring my website - www,charlenecostanzo.com - and seeing the Sanibel garden photos.
Thank you to Mary Lou and to all of you!
With love,
Charlene
