I ask and give thanks for healing. Healing for all of us. One by one. And as one human family.
May our hurts be comforted; our woundings repaired. Our fears softened and hates dissolved. May every kind of dis-ease be eased. And may all our sufferings lead us to greater strength and courage and deepened love and compassion - compassion for ourselves and one another.
