About mountains: outer and inner. It's impossible to give an exact number, but one source estimates there are 1,187,049 physical mountains in the outer world. There are mountains within us too. They are comprised of all the fears, limiting beliefs, and challenging factors that stand in our way. Who knows how many of those there are.

Regardless of the numbers, the mountains within us can be moved, with faith, which is a birthright gift. The capacity for it is built into us. Even if it seems as tiny as a mustard seed, it's there.

May we reach for faith now. Holding it in our hearts, let's proceed toward our dreams and highest ideals, believing.
