We are all
students, too. This arrangement in which everyone gets to be both a student and a teacher in the school of human life is pretty wondrous.
Let's aim to see this happening today. We have to pay close attention because life's
lessons are often subtle.
Some are offered in positive, joyful experiences. But most are presented in irritations and challenges.
In fact, the next time you feel an upset, when your defenses are triggered, chances are "school is in session."
If this happens today, welcome the learning with gratitude and grace...with love, compassion, and wisdom, too.
About when
we are teachers: let's be modest about this... It can happen when we are doing our best, when we are being a positive role model, and when we are just being our true, authentic selves. It also happens when we are triggering an upset in someone.
The takeaway from today's touchstone is to embrace life and be open to learning and loving.
