Life's journey brings each of us through dark passages and low valleys as well as to bright heights.
Folks in the lows are probably hurting. Some may be scowling and complaining or avoiding human contact. Some are contemplating ending it all. Everyone in low and dark places needs love and kindness.
We don't have to love everyone emotionally. Love is also aiming to see the dignity in the essence of each person. Love is treating everyone with respect and compassion. Love is kind.
