"I never saw an angel, but it is irrelevant
whether I saw one or not.
I feel their presence around
me."
- Paulo Coelho
From curious coincidences to unexplained miracles, heavenly help comes to all of us in wondrous ways at times.
This delicate stained glass angel brought my attention to such help every day for nearly 25 years as she twirled in the wind outside a window
and flashed blazes of sunlight into our home with each spin. I especially appreciated her presence in Sedona during the five months I received chemotherapy for lymphoma in 2001.
Each time we moved, I packed her carefully so she could continue to uplift and inspire me in one house after another. With care and repair, she withstood blizzards, thunderstorms, sandstorms and hurricanes.
Mostly, she spun gently through thousands of mild weather days until she disappeared one windy day.
Although that stained glass angel seemed to fly away that day, its image and what it represented is not lost. In fact, the image of that angel in my mind continues to bring inspiring ideas and possibilities to consider.
For example, some say that, without our knowing, we human beings are often used to deliver heavenly help to people and animals, and so, for a time, we become angels on earth. Hmmm. What do you think?
Whatever that may be and wherever in the
world you are, may loving, healing, and guiding angels be with you.
Today and every day,
Charlene
