Many agree. Life is a gift.
Many
also agree that life is a zoo, a roller coaster,
a game, a tragedy, a mystery,
a school...the list goes on.
At times, these definitions certainly describe
how we are experiencing life.
But above, beneath, all around and beyond all the seemingly bad and the seemingly good things we experience - there is this amazing, precious, powerful "thing" that allows us to be. It's LIFE.
As we begin a new week, let's take a deep breath,
stretch our bodies, and then stretch our minds
and hearts toward embracing all our experiences.
Let's aim to renew our sense of wonder too,
because with wonderment, we are attuned
to recognizing opportunities in
every life challenge
and every moment.
If you haven't already done so, it's time to take
the threads of your life experiences, along with your talents, skills, passions, and
dreams,
and weave them into something that can
help others.
Take one step at a time, listen for guidance,
and find your unique way of giving your gifts
back to life, with gratitude.
