Look at things that comfort you, relax you, uplift you, inspire you, irk you, make you laugh, bring tears, stimulate ideas, stir joy, and move you to action. Also consider: things you desire, things you detest, and your ideals. 

Imagine all of those things in a treasure chest. 

The treasure chest is you, full of valuables. Among them are dreams and potent and promising capacities ready to be developed and used to be more fully you and to make a difference.
