May we realize and remember that each of us is a valuable human being, stronger than we think, more beautiful than we feel, more talented than we have discovered, and more powerful than we know. Each of us matters. We may feel like "just one." But we are One. And we can brighten days.

Many among us are hurting now. Many feel anxiety. We are all affected by forces spreading fear and voices stirring hate. But we can resist the efforts to divide us.

One by one, let's brighten this day.
