How might you inspire your mind, uplift your heart, and nourish your soul today? Every day? With grace and ease.
There are many ways, of
course.
If you don't already have one, consider starting and maintaining a gratitude practice. Journal about the things that stir your appreciation and joy. Or whisper "Thank you" throughout the day, every time you feel even a subtle gratitude.
Spend time in nature. Notice beauty. Smile. Be kind. Be present. Pay something forward. Listen to music. Play. Pray. Dance. Sing. Be of service. Let go of regrets and
resentments. Forgive yourself and others of everything large and small you haven't yet fully released. Perform random acts of kindness.
