"How would your life be different
if...
you stopped worrying about things
you can't control and started focusing
on the things you can?
Let today be the day."
- Steve Maraboli
Let today be the day we strengthen our resolve to make this so. If a worry arises, what might we do to let it go?
Consider this:
First, breathe deeply and let the worry be, with kindness and care for all concerned. Next, consider these
words from life coach Louise Aspden: "Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its trouble; it empties today of its strength."
Fortified by that truth, reach inside for strength, hope and faith. Intend to let the worry go. Imagine the worry lifting and flitting away, like a butterfly flying from a flower.
Focus on something that is yours to do. Ask for wisdom's guidance. Let the worry energy be transformed.
With gratitude and grace,
Charlene
