Being human, it's bound to happen. At some point in our lives - maybe several, or even many - we will fall and fail in some way. 

However we land, it's wise to look up. Up is where we find hope, inspiration, encouragement, and opportunities.

Looking down can lead to depression and despair. 

Les Brown said it simply and cleverly; but it's true. If we can look up, we can get up. We can go forward. We can proceed and succeed.

No matter how things are going, let's keep looking up.  If we do look down, may it be to look into our hearts with self compassion and kindness before looking up again with new understanding and wisdom.
