May we all learn, in time, to know compassion. May we know it, fully, not just as understanding in our heads.
May we really "get
it."
May we experience compassion - feel it with empathy - in our hearts, our bellies, our bones - our whole being.
When we know compassion this way, like Homer said, we will naturally glow for others' joys and melt at others woes.
May such compassion spread throughout the
world.
