My heart hurts whenever I hear a child or an adult say, "I have no talent." Too many children and adults believe they don't.

If only all children learned early in life that they have gifts and talents. 

If only we were all taught we have a responsibility to use our gifts and talents to help make the world a better place, a place where everyone can thrive. 

If only we were all told we came into this world "trailing wisps of glory." 

If only.

But it's not too late to learn and to teach.

Let's help one another to recognize our uniqueness, our value, and our potential to do good things, great things. 

Let's especially help the children in our lives to see and use their inner strength, beauty, courage, 
compassion, hope, joy, talent, imagination, reverence, wisdom, love, and faith.
