Bloom where you are. Grow from where you're planted. Reach outside the box. Stretch to become the best you.
Bloom where you are planted, they say. What do you
say?
I say: Let's do the best we can with what we have, given where we are, and with all the conditions surrounding us, remembering that "our best" varies from day to day.
Let's also remember that we have the capacity to stretch beyond the limitations in our present conditions, use obstacles as stepping stones, and reach great heights.
The thing is: At times we each need to be like a slow-growing plant, even a hibernating one. And other times we are ready to grow like
Jack's magic beanstalk.
So I say: Let's make space for authenticity, for right timing, and for visioning what we want to grow and bloom.
With love and hope,
Charlene
PS - I'm feeling well enough to write more than a few words but not well enough to edit this message down to a touchstone that sings. I found "painting" the garden image to be meditative, soothing, and healing. Please do something that nurtures you today.
THE FIFTH GIFT IS HOPE.
