In old, gnarled trees, we see grace, endurance, wisdom, and strength. We see character. We admire the beauty we see in their old skin. We wonder what stories they would tell if they could tell us what they have lived through.
Can we regard the elders in our human family with appreciation for what they have lived through and with eagerness to hear their stories?
Let's mindfully bring The Twelve Gifts into our own growing and aging journey and find additional gifts in our aging adventure. And let's share what we learn.
With joy,
Charlene
