It seems to me that everything in nature has life lessons to offer us.
The main teaching I
see in shells is similar to what I perceive in polished stones. Both come in many colors, shapes and sizes. And they are all beautiful.
We too come in various colors, shapes and sizes. And we are all unique and beautiful.
Also, at times we get tossed and tumbled by life storms. Yet, those experiences often reveal greater
beauty in stones, shells, and in us.
May we accept and embrace ourselves and our stories and be open to the deepened wisdom and compassion they can bring forth from within us.
