The face of one particular woman in our 55+ community appears in my mind as I read this quote. She must consistently carry good thoughts because her 80-year-old countenance is always radiant.
She's not glamorous. Wearing simple clothing, free-styled hair and no make-up, her outer appearance might be described as plain. But she's truly beautiful. Perhaps that's because her inner beauty shines through like the sun on a cloudless day.
We all have beauty within us. Let's carry good thoughts, let them shine, and bring beauty into the
world through actions infused with courage, compassion, hope, joy, and love.
