Peace is among the gems that can be found when life is lived at a gentle pace.
 

Whenever I've slowed down, I've felt more alive and aware than I have been living at a racing-through-the-day pace. I've been more peaceful. Joyful and hopeful too.   

As I write this, I'm asking myself why I don't live at a slow pace always, at least more often. 

In these busy and stressful times, let's find ways to find the pace that leads us to the place where the richest gems of life can be found. They are worth it.
