Have you noticed how, in every life challenge, there are opportunities to grow?

In my own life, deeper empathy, compassion, and wisdom have resulted from every adversity I experienced.   
 

Let's consider the promise and potential for triumphs - and redemptions - whenever we face situations and events we are inclined to label "negative."

Always, we can reach within ourselves and draw up the strengths we've been given to carry us through anything and everything - from the first stun of a shock to realized triumphs. To help us advance through every positive thing too. 

Let's give thanks for it all. All of precious life. From what we call the "best" of times to what we call the "worst" of times.
