Let's consider, for a moment, the voices within us and the voices of others who have said things like: 

"You can't. 
You shouldn't. 
You're not good enough. 
Who do you think you are to have that dream? 
You're too young. 
You're too old. 
It's too late..."

Limiting thoughts like these have a way of coming into our consciousness and keeping us stuck in fear, doubt, and procrastination. It's time for us to say "No" and to let them all go. 

Let's say "Yes" and use courage to move toward the dreams that stir our hearts and souls.
