What is a moment? I've heard that when we're in it, it's timeless. 
 

Supposedly we've all slipped into the eternal moment now and then. We may have been meditating, listening to music, running, painting, rocking a child, or washing a car. 
 

Such moments seem magical. Certainly they are awesome. Of course, the author may simply be saying let us not "waste" the time we have here. 
 

What wisdom does today's quote stir in you?
