Consider how, every 24 hours, our spinning earth brings each nighttime continent and sleeping population toward the brilliant sun, which brightens the horizon, lightens the sky, and starts a new day in that land.   

May we likewise, again and again, during every dark time, turn our minds and hearts toward luminous hope, which can brighten our perspectives, lighten our burdens, and help see us through problems and move on to fresh starts.
