When tears form in our own eyes and the eyes of loved ones and of children in our care, instead of trying to suppress them, let's consider today's quote as well as the belief that "tears are evidence of Spirit moving through us" and that there is strength in vulnerability.

May our willingness and ability to feel and show our tender human emotions be strengthened.
