"Give every day the chance to be the most beautiful day of your life." - Mark Twain

Our cat, Princess, exemplifies today's quote for me. Here she was, yesterday, resting in a planter on our lanai. With warm sunlight on her back and cool soil under her belly,  she seemed to be enjoying the most beautiful day of her life.

The thing is, there are times every day when she appears to be enjoying the most beautiful day of her life, as she finds comforts, pleasures, things to watch and things to explore.

What might this mean for us?

First, we can find beauty in each day. 

Second, we can learn to live each day with a more conscious awareness, a "nowness" perspective, that makes each day like a wholeness of our lives.

Third, potentially, we can enjoy each day as the most beautiful day of our lives.
