"We must think differently, look at things in a different way."
- Yitzhak Rabin
Why? Why think differently? One good reason: "Peace requires a world of new concepts, new definitions," said Yitzhak Rabin.
For better understanding, problem-solving, harmony and peace among us - let's soften any rigid thinking we may hold and become willing to look at things from other view points.
This quote brings to mind hiking in Sedona, Arizona and seeing how the Red Rock formations change as one moves about. From many places, a certain group of rocks resemble Snoopy on his doghouse. From other places, Snoopy and his doghouse disappear. The very same rocks look only like rocks. The same is true for God's Chair, Coffee Pot Rock, the Merry-Go-Round rocks and all the named rocks.
This example is meant to demonstrate the value of moving about - maybe standing in one another's shoes - and seeing anything and everything from other perspectives.
Let's stretch our "way-of-seeing" muscle and see what we might see. Many discoveries, solutions, and advances await us when we do.
With love, hope, and joy,
Charlene
