"Grief is like the ocean;
it comes on waves ebbing and flowing.
Sometimes the water is calm,
and sometimes it is overwhelming.
All we can do is learn to swim."
- Vicki Harrison
We all sometimes know the waves of grief in our personal lives, and at times we share in widespread grief caused by common hurts, shocks, and losses.
For all grief, may we remember to swim. Guided by wisdom, may we know when to float, when to paddle, and when to stroke our way through the waters with love and compassion.
And an opened heart,
Charlene

LISTENING MAY YOU ACT WITH TRUST."
