Hmmm. Why not touch all three? Consider this today:

Hold an ancient rock and feel yourself become more grounded as you wonder about its age.

Touch a flower - or perhaps a tree - and notice your thoughts and feelings in the moment.
 

Touch the life of one person - or every person - you encounter today. Every word you say, every smile you offer, every kind gesture you make can ripple out into the world and on into the future, making a difference in ways we can only wonder about. But just do it and let it go.
