Many of us associate sunrise with beginnings and sunsets with endings.
And we tend to think of beginnings as positive and endings as negative.
But in every moment there are beginnings and endings. Similarly, in every
breath there is an inhale and an exhale. 
Today, let's aim to better appreciate the relationships between the inhale and the exhale and between beginnings and endings. Between day and night and darkness and light too. Toward that goal, may we welcome, embrace, and give thanks for all that comes our way today.
