When I hear "there are pieces of heaven on earth," a quote comes to mind: 

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.  (Phil 4:8)

It seems to me that when we focus on such things, when we look for them, see them, and spread them, we are seeing some of the pieces of heaven here on earth.

Let's see and appreciate these and other pieces of heaven on earth. And give thanks.
