This quote reminds me, I once heard a priest say, "Tears are evidence of Spirit moving through you."
With compassion, let's let go of our judgments of tears, and of sadness, anger, and fear, too.
Let's allow, accept, and respect all that we are today, all that we feel, trusting that life is, indeed, good. And may all our experiences lead us to deeper love, compassion, and wisdom.
